Threading is an ancient method of temporary hair removal, first practised in Asian and Middle Eastern countries.

It involves twisting a thread of pure cotton between the fingers and thumbs, which is then rolled across the skin to remove unwanted hairs from the follicle.

Unlike plucking where only a single hair is pulled out each time, threading can remove a whole line of hair which gives you a more defined look. Threading causes new hair growth to come back finer, more sparse and can last anything from 1-4 weeks (depending on how fast your body hair grows).
